Yoga is not a solution
for everything in life.
Yoga could be exactly
what you need right now.

Would you like to try it?

What is Yoga, first of all? Think — what do you think it is? When you utter the word yoga, everyone has a notion of what it could be or should be. People think yoga means standing on your head, and normal means standing on your feet.

The word Yoga means Union — or we can say, being in tune with existence. Right now, how you experience yourself is as body and mind. Body going through physical ailments, or mind going through stress and overthinking — this is happening simply because these two are not in tune with existence.

Have you ever seen an animal going through stress or developing knee pain? No — because they are in tune with nature. It is only humans who are miserable. Yoga, created by the ancient yogis, simply brings that natural attunement back. Physical health, mental wellbeing, joy — these become a natural consequence.

Simple yet powerful tools.
You already have everything you need.

What is Classical
Hatha Yoga?

"Your physical health, your psychological wellbeing, and your spiritual possibility depend on how well aligned you are with existence. Essentially, Hatha Yoga is towards establishing this alignment."

— Sadhguru

Classical Hatha Yoga is a meticulous science — not exercise, not stretching, but a precise technology for aligning the body, mind, and energy with the laws of existence. Rooted in a tradition preserved in its purity for thousands of years, it offers a path to health, joy, and inner wellbeing far beyond physical fitness.

At Dhyana Yogasthala, every practice is offered exactly as transmitted by Sadhguru through the Sadhguru Gurukulam — one of the most rigorous yoga teacher training programmes in the world. Not as fitness choreography, but as a sacred process of transformation.

These are not beliefs or philosophies. They are technologies that work, if you work them.

Shruti Jain

Shruti Jain

CA · Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher · Isha Certified

Shruti Jain's journey spans worlds most would consider unrelated — Chartered Accountancy, corporate life, and the ancient science of Classical Hatha Yoga. After qualifying as a CA, she spent nearly five years in the corporate world with organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and MaxLife Insurance — before choosing to follow a deeper calling. She then spent 24+ months at the Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, completing an intensive 21-week teacher training at the Sadhguru Gurukulam — one of the most demanding yoga teacher training programmes in the world — immersing herself in Yoga in its truest essence.

Over the years she has shared these practices with a remarkable range of people: from young children to officers of the Indian Army, from homemakers to CEOs of leading organisations. She brings the precision of a CA and the sensitivity of a dedicated practitioner to every class.

Shruti teaches in Sonepat and Gurgaon and offers online sessions — bringing Classical Hatha Yoga to those who need it most.
